18. Position Vacancy:

The position of Vice-Chairman and Member shall become vacant in the following cases:-

(a) If his term of office is completed,
(b) If he resigns from his position before the Government of Nepal,
(c) If the Government of Nepal changes according to sub-section (3) of section 17,
(d) If he does not maintain the qualification as per section 4, or
(e) In case of his death.
